Making Memories - 2022

It's that time of year again, when we look back on all the beautiful and challenging times of the past year. Here's some of our favorite memories from 2022.

January - Our cows always make the long days of winter more enjoyable. Bandit made January a little brighter with her fun loving personality.

February - Building snow forts, milking cows and adding a new cheese curd packager to our processing plant.

March - We got "lucky" with the perfect March day for a St. Patrick's Day parade.

April - That in-between month where we dream of warm summer days, made lots of cheese curds and prepared for fieldwork to start

---

May - Fieldwork started!

June - Enjoying summer sunsets.

July - After a couple years of learning the art of making cottage cheese, we entered our product into the American Cheese Society Competition and placed third!

August - More awards for us! We competed at the Iowa State Fair and came back with multiple awards for our cheese curds, cheddar, butter and milk.

September - We took a break from farming and office work to go to the apple orchard.

---

October - Lots of fall hikes while we finished up fall fieldwork and some fun for Halloween.

---

November - We started the holiday shipping bonanza and sent our cheese all over the USA.

---

December - Made a lot of cheese and celebrated Christmas and New Years with all our friends and family.
