Beer Cheese Dip
You're going to love this recipe! It's quick, easy and perfect for celebrating St. Patrick's Day or kicking off March Madness.
6 oz dark lager or amber beer
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cup PIVO Beer cheese shredded
1 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
1) Pour beer into saucepan and heat until boiling. Turn to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
2) Add in cream cheese and cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
3) Stir in shredded cheeses until melted. Remove from heat.
4) Serve with hard or soft pretzels, your favorite crackers or on top of burgers.
