Shipping policy
We ship our products anywhere within the continental USA through UPS and SpeeDee. We do our best to see that your package arrives in good condition. However, we can not be responsible for weather damage or damage due to actions/neglect by the shipping company or receiver. We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all shipping is done Monday - Wednesday. All shipping addresses must include a street address. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
All orders will be shipped in an insulated cooler. The additional cost for the cooler & ice packs is $5.00. PLEASE NOTE: This option will help the cheese keep cool on it's journey. The product may arrive to it's destination at room temperature, but their condition will be fine if refrigerated upon arrival. We guarantee and will refund any product that is shipped SpeeDee, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air and does not arrive in good condition. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY PRODUCT THAT IS SHIPPED UPS 3 DAY or UPS GROUND.
November and December are our busiest season, so order early. Please allow at least 14 days to make sure your gifts arrive on time.
