Non-Homogenized Milk
At WW Homestead Dairy we process skim, 1%, whole, and skim chocolate milk. Our milk is pasteurized, but is not homogenized. This means that the cream, which is usually mixed evenly throughout the milk, rises to the top of the jug (just like it was meant to)! Some people will scoop this off the top & enjoy it in their coffee or tea, while others just give the milk a good shake before drinking it. We recently updated our bottler with adapters that allow us to bottle our farm fresh milk into pints, the perfect size to take with you on the go!
Butter
If you are in need of some freshly churned butter stop by our retail store! We sent our very own Brady Iverson to butter school in the spring of 2012 where he learned all the in & outs of butter making. Our butter is made fresh every week and is great for baking, your morning toast, or Iowa sweet corn. Our butter line features salted butter, unsalted butter, and a flavored cinnamon butter (only available seasonally!)
Cheddar Cheese Curds and Block Cheddar Cheese
Our cheese curds are made fresh almost every weekday! They are available in 6 oz, 12 oz, 1lb, 2lb, 5lb, and 10lb bags. We currently have nine flavors; White Cheddar, Onion Chive, Garlic Dill, Steak Onion, Jalapeno Ranch, Chipotle Morita, Bacon Morita and our one of a kind Bloody Mary. If you would like to special order curds for an event, please call us at (563)568-4950. A few days notice is appreciated, so we can make sure we have fresh curds available. In the fall of 2012, we started producing block cheddar cheeses. Mild, Medium, and Sharp cheddars are available for purchase in our retail store. We also have flavored cheeses including; Onion Chive, Chipotle Morita, Jalapeno Pepper and Bacon Morita.

Premium Ice Cream
Our homestyle premium ice cream is made every Wednesday. We have specially designed our non-homogenized ice cream mix to make sure it is unlike anything you've ever tasted. Made with cream and sugar, (no high fructose corn syrup here!), featuring all natural food coloring and flavors when possible, and fresh fruit. We are always improving and coming up with new flavors!
Stop in our retail store to try some ice cream out of our 16 flavor dip station. Our ice cream comes in pint, quart, 1/2 gallon, gallon, & 3 gallon sizes. If your planning a special event please call ahead to make sure we have the flavors you would like in stock! Some of our flavors are only available seasonally.
Cottage Cheese
Our newest product! We have gone above and beyond to provide our customers with a small batch, non-homogenized cottage cheese. To make the perfect cottage cheese requires close attention to detail and superior ingredients, we haven't cut any corners and you can taste the difference! Our cottage cheese is currently for sale in our retail store, as well as local specialty shops.
