Shipping Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If there are issues with your product, please contact us directly.
We ship our products anywhere within the continental USA through UPS. We do our best to see that your package arrives in good condition. However, we are not responsible for weather damage or damage due to actions/neglect by the shipping company or receiver. We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you are shipping as a gift, please let the person know so they will be there to receive it. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to wrong doors or are not opened immediately and refrigerated in a timely manner.
All shipping is done Monday - Wednesday to make sure products do not sit over the weekend. All shipping addresses must include a street address. UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box. We require that all boxes arrive to their destination within 2 days. If you choose a shipping method that will not allow the box to arrive in that time-frame, we are not responsible for any product that does not arrive in good condition.
All orders will be shipped in an insulated cooler. There is an additional cost for the cooler & ice packs. PLEASE NOTE: This will help the cheese keep cool on its journey. The product may arrive to its destination at room temperature, but their condition will be fine if refrigerated upon arrival.
November and December are our busiest season, so order early. Please allow at least 14 days to make sure your gifts arrive on time.
